Protelis does not share customer information with anyone. We do not keep credit card data on any server in our data center with any capability of accessing the Internet. We are in a word, fanatical, about your privacy and safety of your financial information.
Stored Email messages on email accounts with us are encrypted on messages of 4K bytes or smaller. We do not keep logs of private email message traffic, other than header information and IP routing information necessary for debugging network problems.
We work hard to protect your personal data.
We will cooperate fully with USA law enforcement investigations when served with appropriate court documents.
Customer Obligation
Protelis customers agree not to host or share copyrighted materials or any visual, audio or textual content deemed illegal in the United States. Any violation of the user agreement is grounds for cancelation of service.
We will promptly remove copyrighted content if we know of its existence.
